The site "Employers, training and enterprise" is intended
as a tool for spreading and exchanging information on the action of
employers' organisations in the field of vocational training and in
some other areas related to the labour world and business development.
It seeks to provide interesting and useful information and documents
for all such people, that coming from different backgrounds (national,
sectoral, local or international employers' organisations; vocational
training institutions; research centres; public and private bodies;
etc.), are connected with the work developed by employers' organisations
regarding vocational training, labour training, productivity and employment.
The following issues are the main subjects of the structure of this
site:
Institutional
participation and entrepreneurial management of training: section
devoted to distinguish different levels and ways in which participation
takes place in entrepreneurial organisations in the training world.
SME:
section containing information about vocational training institutions
(VTIs) programmes seeking to strengthen micro, small and medium-sized
enterprises as well as to the training of entrepreneurs. It also includes
documents and links to other sites of interest regarding the development
and strengthening of SMEs.
Training
and productivity: thematic section, shared with Trade union and
training, devoted to the relationship between training, productivity
and competitiveness.
Entrepreneurial
action for gender equality: link to sub-site "Managing equality/entrepreneur

in Cinterfor/ILO.
Enterprise
social responsibility: committed to the presentation of documents
related to corporate social responsibility and real actions aimed at
particular groups or social population groups.
