This volume is the first one of a new collection by Cinterfor/ILO: On Arts and Crafts. This series seeks to spread, in an orderly and systematic way, the most meaningful research conducted during the last decades in the field of vocational training. Through this series the Centre seeks to make available to actors engaged in the area of training (governments, workers, employers and researchers) some valuable contributions for vocational training. These contributions were often scattered in articles and reports. Now, they are put together in order to help and consolidate the work of all agencies involved in training in the Latin American region.

 

This new book by Claudio de Moura should be regarded as an essential work of reference on the current state of training in the world.
