Agreement signed by the Government and the social partners, in the frame of the Social Dialogue, in February, 2006. It integrates just in one system of Vocational training for the Employment, the Continuing and the Occupational training. It brings together the regional reality of the State and the insertion of the Vocational training in collective bargaining, increases the capacity of management of the Regions and supports, simultaneously, the participation of the social partners.
